1. What kinds of products does Up-Spring make?
Up-Spring currently supplies wooden home furniture which including Bed Room Furniture, Dinning Room Furniture, Living Room Furniture, Home Office Furniture, as well as Interior Wood Doors,etc. Each furniture is handcrafted from kiln-dried hardwood solids & veneers and featured in hand carved details and rich accents finish. 2. Can I receive a catalog of your products?
Yes, we provide products catalog upon request by email or by fax, but normally sent with freight collect. You may also browse our on-line catalog via www.upper-spring.com to view our complete range of products. [ Top ]

3. What is the pricing system in your company?
We operate a flexible pricing system to enable us to offer competitive prices. [ Top ]

4. Does Up-Spring products come with a warranty?
Up-Spring provides a 6 to 12 months warranty depending on which product you buy. [ Top ]

5. Can I order sample for quality inspection or pre-marketing before placing regular order?
Yes, we are pleased to provide sample, but samples cost should be charged accordingly. [ Top ]

6. How long does it take for me to get my products?
Our production lead-time is 25 to 40 days and sample lead-time 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of L/C or T/T prepayment, which varies depending on products as well as production schedule. [ Top ]

7. What kind of shipment do you usually use?
We usually ship products by ocean container (40'/40'HQ) for regular orders. We can also arrange to ship by LCL or 20' container for sample orders. [ Top ]

8. What kind of payment is preferred?
We preferred irrevocable L/C at sight. However for regular orders we offer T/T 30% in advance and 70% balance upon documents. [ Top ]

9. Can Up-Spring make furniture under our design?
Yes, we have I.E. people and sample makers ready to work on your designs and cooperate with you in new products development. [ Top ]
