We are representing our client, a Swiss FINTECH company to look for an experienced Analyst  to complement their Analytics & BI team. This role will support Senior management internal reporting needs, deploy advanced analytics solutions and provide internal advisory & consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Executing business analysis for internal stakeholders leveraging Global / corporate best practices
• In charge of data preparation (collation, extraction and transformation), BI tools administration and analysis on trends and profile
• Define KPIs and business logic to address relevant business questions and needs
• Gather iterative feedbacks for report improvements and deployment of bespoke reports
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and contribute to the development of business strategy

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics/ Economics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a data / Business analyst in charge of developing and  producing performance reports for external clients
• Proven ability to manage, transform and extract large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and curious to understand how business performance is structured across different drivers
• Advanced knowledge of analytic tools (Tableau and / or Micro Strategy are a plus)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL for data extraction and manipulation are mandatory
• Basic knowledge of data science tools like R / Python  is a plus
• Advanced mastery of Office tools especially Excel
