    We are representing our client, a professional services provider, to look for an experienced CEI-certified Recruitment Consultant to beef up their new recruitment business arm.

    Responsibilities:

    • 360 Recruitment Process (from Preparation, Talent Longlisting, Candidate Shortlisting, Interview arrangement, Follow-up and finally Onboarding and Integration).
    • Foster and maintain a long-term relationship with Clients and Candidates with good understanding of their environment, culture, requirements and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • CEI certified with relevant experience.
    • Independent, driven and has a positive working attitude.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A team player.
