We are representing our client, a Corporate Services Company, to look for an experienced Sales Coordinator to augment the Sales & Marketing team.
- Support Sales and Corporate Secretarial personnel in gathering and following up with clients on relevant KYC and client onboarding documentation.
- Complete internal forms and update internal system accurately.
- Coordinate deal work flow and inter-departmental communication.
- Ensure business processes are properly followed and documented.
- Ensure accuracy, proper labelling and storage of documentation.
- Assist the Sales team in administrative matters such as sales – pipe administration, leads follow-up, arrangement of appointments, liaison with bankers and related documentation.
- Bachelor degree in Business discipline.
- Sales support and client servicing experience in the Corporate Services or Financial sectors.
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of KYC requirements.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
- Customer centric, detail-oriented and systematic.
- Fast-learner with positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking, organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
